This is happening because your IPs are all suspended. You need to wait for the suspensions to clear and fix the spam problem
Thanks for Tom’s reply, but we have hundreds of tenants, and the situation of each customer is different. It is really difficult for us to cause Kumo memory to rise to the point where Kumo memory cannot work because of a Spam problem, which is not a problem in the original momentum we used. We were really moving a large customer from momentum to Kumo, and he had a problem.
Kumo is a good MTA , what configuration I may have overlooked, I will continue to look for the right solution.
This is what the shaping file is for.
You can set low values in the defaults and then increase them for specific clients if you want to - very similar to Momentum that way. You have not shared that ( or any) file that I can see, but even if you did, I am not about to do a detailed analysis with out a support agreement.
There are detailed instructions in the documentation on how to create the shaping file, set defaults, and tune for individual tenants.
You may also want to modify the TSA to reduce teh amount of suspension time you set, or immedaitely bounce messages that cause suspensions. That is all possible and you can configure at your choice.
