Can kumomta supply a working IMAP/POP3 connection for my mailbox? I am looking to add the mailboxes to a warmup pool so this will be needed.

can you give me a quick thought as to why automated warmup is a bad idea?
It tends to just flag your sending to the MBPs as malicious. It’s an attempt to fool their filters and they not only can detect it but will treat it as such. Otherwise benign senders can get blocklisted simply because they used warmup. There’s no legitimate reason to use such services since your reputable sending ramped up over time with proper engagement will build reputation that lasts.
