If you are usingthe queues helper, this ie as simple as defining the tenant as the “Mailed By” header:
IE: tenant_header = “Mailed By”
Then set the pool based on that:
egress_pool = 'pool-1'

The documentation should be fairly clear. If you use the queue helper then you just define whatever header you want to populate the tenant meta value, then set that tenant to a particular queue. There is a whole sample in the docs above
