Is it possible for Kumo to accept emails over SSL/TLS instead of StartTLS? We have a customer who’s trying to configure their network video recorder to send alerts using email, but it only supports SSL/TLS.

We do not currently support SMTPS, only STARTTLS. Supporting SMTPS for inbound is likely a bit simpler than for outbound. Neither of these are currently on our roadmap.
