I would be happier if you would use the search in the documentation first, then ask here if you can’t find an answer. Searching kcli bounce takes you straight to the answer.
we don’t have a bounce function for ready queues today, but the scheduled queue bounces can be set to last for a longer time period, so that timed out mail from the ready queue will get bounced when it is re-inserted into the scheduled queue
TBH, the docs for kcli are a bit sparse at the moment
