Weird, and connection rate etc. is also not as high? Starting to wonder if I might have made an error somewhere else that impacts this

Are you using shared throttles with 5 nodes?The office settings are in policy-extras not community.
In my case I had 3 nodes. But haven’t ran into issues after raising those limits
