Concern regarding scheduled queue

I have question regarding the scheduled queue, let’s suppose I have queue name like ci.org@yahoo.com which I was delivering it from my IP’s with minimum rate now, I have change the configuration rather sending than from my IP’s I am routing those mail what will happen to those email which are in scheduled queue? will they attempt or they will failed to attempt

these are mails which are stuck in schedule queue I want them to either get message expire or get’s delivered.
