How to clear and insert the example file on kumomta documentation

Good morning Sirs,

i am setting up kumomta on production mode and i am stuck on the clear and insert of the example script and saving it before editing on the next video, please i need guidance on that. i need the commands he used in the video in clearing the demo script and also the command for inserting the new script as it was showing insert at the bottom before he pasted it there. thanks
