Is it possible to replace a Windows IIS Virtual SMTP Server with KumoMTA (on Linux), so that we can use it as a simple MTA that receives emails from multiple internal servers on the same domain (each server separated by their own unique port number) and then have that traffic forwarded to the SendGrid smart host smtp.sendgrid.net so we can take advantage of their advanced analytics.
This would be outbound emails only and SendGrid would handle Sender Authentication, so this wouldn’t need to be setup by KumoMTA and we would use SendGrid’s DNS settings.

If I understand it correctly, then this is a very straight forward use case. Set up KumoMTA to accept all mail from your internal hosts just as you have IIS setup now, then in the smtp_server_message_received function set the routing meta to smtp.sendgrid.net:
