We are replacing MomentumMTA with KumoMTA and need help in setting up the logging & monitoring module.

“Setting up” is a pretty wide open thing. The above link is a good place to start, but it will give you native KumoMTA formatted logs, which are far superior to Momentum logs, but you may want to look at some of the formatting options if you want something closer to Momo logging.
