I am encountering an intermittent issue when trying to connect to Kumomta, where it fails to connect at times. The error message displayed is: “421 4.3.0 smtp.domain.com technical difficulties.” This issue does not occur consistently but has been disruptive when it does.

Could you please assist in resolving this matter?
