I have been working on updating the community shaping rules and I am doing that based on the delivery resources I have. My clients do send more in the Asian and European market, so American specific domains I don’t see a lot of defers on. That makes creating shaping automations hard.
Anyway, I have updates comming for the apple provider (icloud.com) and I switched all existing domains into providers. Web.de and gmx.net are now also one provider.
My platform does deliver to hotmail/msn/live .com, so shaping rules have been created for that. However my next step would be to investigate deferred reporting on the provider.“office365”. I will try to investigate my own logs, but if people have deferred notifications on office365 then I would like to know about it. Also if it is different from the outlook provider.
Likewise if you have other domains/provider I should implement in the community shaping rules then let me know, preferrably with deferred/bounce messages to match an automation on.
To make things easy I would like to know what config you use:
- domainname
- connection_limit = X
- max_deliveries_per_connection = Y
For an automation:
- what is the defer/bounce message
- what is your suggested automation (deliver 1 per miniute, suspend for 30 minutes for example)
