tinyCo is a rapidly growing ESP sending billions of emails a month across tinyEmail, tinyAlbert, and tinyRelay, with a strong focus on Shopify, ecommerce, and online publishing.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role owning deliverability, compliance, ISP reputation, customer escalations, postmasters, MTA, and broader MTA infrastructure.
It is a 100% remote role reporting directly to the founder/CEO.
Deliverability & Anti-Abuse role.
We are now looking for a senior expert to take the wheel and keep scaling the platform.
What you’ll be doing:
• Owning the end-to-end deliverability strategy and infrastructure for a growing ESP.
• Leading Anti-Abuse operations, maintaining compliance, and proactively keeping bad actors out.
• Managing IP/domain reputation, warm-ups, and advanced traffic shaping/routing.
• Collaborating directly with the executive and engineering teams to refine internal deliverability tools, dashboards, and playbooks.
Who we are looking for:
• Deep, hands-on expertise in email infrastructure, ISP postmaster guidelines, and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Proven experience working on the ESP side or managing massive B2B/B2C sending volumes.
• A builder who loves digging into logs, resolving blocklists, and optimizing sending architectures.
• Someone autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
