Can you please tell me what is the cache time store for shaping.toml function.
Reason being I am using 5 connection and sending the continuous traffic after some time I increased the connect limit to 10 but the connection limit don’t get used and I checked the ready queue was full and the mails were landed in scheduled queue.

TOML TTL is managed by your memoize settings.
alternately, you can stop and start kumo to reload them
can I use this for shaping.toml file?
